  • Reduced-price tickets require presentation of a valid supporting document upon entry.
  • Date changes are only allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the visit date.
  • Children aged 0 to 3 enter for free.

When the level of disability of a visitor (with a day ticket or annual pass) requires assistance from another person to visit BIOPARC Valencia, the companion may enter free of charge provided one of the following conditions is met:

  • Disability level of 65% or higher.
  • Disability below 65% with reduced mobility or need for a third person assistance.
  • Permanent incapacity classified as severe disability.
  • Recognised dependency status.

The ticket for the person with a disability must correspond to “General”, “+65” or “Reduced” discount categories, or B! annual pass “General”, “+65” or “Child”. Not combinable with other discounts and/or promotions.

Official documentation required to prove disability (to be presented at ticket office):

  • Disability card.
  • Disability certificate.
  • Dependency resolution document.
  • Permanent incapacity resolution (severe disability level).
