Discounts available for:

• Large or single-parent families, with official supporting documentation or family record book.
• Young people under 25 with a valid Youth Card.
• University students (national or international) with a valid student ID.
• People with disabilities and pensioners (proof may be required).

At the ticket office, staff may request documentation to verify age and/or eligibility for the applicable discount.

When the level of disability of a visitor (with a day ticket or annual pass) requires assistance from another person to visit BIOPARC Valencia, the companion may enter free of charge provided one of the following conditions is met:

• Disability level of 65% or higher.
• Disability below 65% with reduced mobility or need for a third person assistance.
• Permanent incapacity classified as severe disability.
• Recognised dependency status.

The ticket for the person with a disability must correspond to “General”, “+65” or “Reduced” discount categories, or B! annual pass “General”, “+65” or “Child”. Not combinable with other discounts and/or promotions.

Official documentation required to prove disability (to be presented at ticket office):

• Disability card.
• Disability certificate.
• Dependency resolution document.
• Permanent incapacity resolution (severe disability level).

Documents must be valid at the time of visit and originals must be presented (photocopies are not accepted).
