By car from the airport
- From Gran Canaria Airport, Poema del Mar is approximately 25.7 km away, with an estimated travel time of around 25 minutes.
By bus
- The urban bus lines that stop near Poema del Mar Aquarium are 12, 21, 45, 47 and 60.
By ferry or cruise ship
- If you arrive by ferry at the Port of Las Palmas, also known as Puerto de La Luz, you will be able to see the Poema del Mar Aquarium building from the opposite side of the harbour.
- Walk along Muelle de León y Castillo towards Avenida de los Consignatarios, then continue to Muelle de Sanapú. The aquarium is located at number 22.
